Shipping & Delivery
Enjoy FREE shipping when you shop at Vogue Spaces! Vogue Spaces currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin. If you wish for your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at contact@voguespaces.com. We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within Singapore. Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Friday, between 9.00am - 5.00pm. For your convenience, we also offer weekend deliveries at no extra charge. You can select your delivery option during check-out.
Return Policy
Change / Cancellation: Placed an order but changed your mind? No worries! Reach out directly to contact@voguespaces.com or +65 8661 6662 (Whatsapp available) for any change or cancellation requests. Please note that any change or cancellation request must be made prior to the delivery of the purchased item. This is because all our furniture is made to order and can be customised to your home needs. Refunds: Shipping is a hard cost we incur with our delivery partners. As such, any refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis with a 25% restocking fee. Our customer service staff will reach out to you within 5 business days upon your request to provide updates on the outcome of our review. Any refunds will be performed after we have collected the returned item. All refunds will take 7 business days to process and we will issue refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Vogue Spaces reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
